For the recipe
120 gr. Fresh sea bass
10 gr. ORO di MILAS EVOO
1 pc Lemon juice and zest
1 pc Tangerine
1 pc Fresh onion
10 gr. Chives
1/2 Artichoke
4 gr. Bottarga powder
20 gr. Avocado
In a basin, add the sea bass cut into small cubes, the avocado cut into pieces, lemon juice and zest, mandarin fillets, chopped chives, Oro di Milas extra virgin olive oil and bottarga powder.
Mix well and improve the taste with a bit of salt and freshly ground pepper.
Serve on a plate and addsome artichoke slightly boiled. Finish with and Oro di Milas extra virgin olive oil.
